Yes! You can now choose to have your order delivered to an Evri ParcelShop or Locker and collect it at a time that suits you. It's a great option if you're not always home during the day, don't have a safe place to leave a parcel, or would simply rather pick your Smiggle goodies up on your way past.
How it works:
1. At checkout, select Evri ParcelShop or Locker Collection as your delivery option.
2. Use the ParcelShop finder to pick a location that's convenient for you. There are over 9,000 ParcelShops & Lockers across the UK, in local shops, newsagents and supermarkets, many open 7 days a week with longer opening hours.
3. We'll send your order to your chosen ParcelShop and email & SMS you as soon as it's ready to collect.
4. Head to the ParcelShop with your collection details to pick up your parcel.
Collection window: Your parcel will be held at the ParcelShop for 10 days and in Parcel Lockers for 3 days. If it isn't collected in that time, it will be returned to us and refunded.
What to bring: Your collection code from the "ready to collect" email. You may also be asked for proof of identity.
Your order is fully tracked the whole way, so you'll always know where it is.
