In the rare occurrence that you have received a faulty or damaged product, you are more than welcome to return these products to any Smiggle store (excluding concession stores) for immediate exchange, refund, or replacement. Please have your invoice or order confirmation email to hand when visiting the store. Please note, all our stores in the United Kingdom have now reopened.
