We're sorry to hear there is an item missing from your Smiggle order. Before contacting the Customer Service Team, we recommend checking the following:
- We may have packed smaller items into larger items within your order to keep them safe during transit. So you might find that a pen may have been packed inside a backpack you ordered.
- If the item is missing from the shipping email confirmation, it will not be shipped and will be refunded. Any refunded items will be marked on your dispatch note inside your Smiggle parcel.
- The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It's worth checking your emails to see if we've sent you an email about this. If your item did become out of stock at the time of packing your order, we will inform you that your order has been partially fulfilled and you will receive a refund.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 10 days of your order being delivered. We will require clear images of the packaging in which your order was delivered including the shipping label attached to the outside.
The shipping label must clearly show the parcel tracking number and the weight of the parcel so we can raise the claim reference number with our warehouse.
We are unable to investigate any claims where images of the packaging and shipping label cannot be provided.
