In the rare occurrence that your purchase made at a Smiggle store is faulty or damaged, you are more than welcome to return these to any Smiggle store (excluding concession stores) for an immediate exchange, refund or replacement.
Please have your proof of purchase to hand when visiting the store.
Please note, our customer service team are unable to assist with any store purchases or gift items, which must be returned to a retail store. You also have the option to re-purchase any faulty items via our online store and returning any in-store purchases once you are able to visit one of our retail stores.
