You can enter your Promo Code in the Promo Code field in your shopping bag. A message will confirm if your Promo Code has been applied successfully or has been unsuccessful. If it has been unsuccessful, the following message will appear underneath the Promo Code field:
'The Promotion Code you have entered is invalid. Please verify the code and try again'
If you receive this message, we suggest the following:
- Check you have entered the Promo Code exactly as it appears. Promo Codes are case sensitive, so we suggest copying & pasting the code.
- Check the expiry date of the Promo Code. Each code has an expiry date that will appear in the terms & conditions.
- Ensure that the items in your shopping bag are relevant to the Promo Code and are not excluded in the terms & conditions of the offer.
If the Promo Code relates to delivery, ensure you have selected the relevant delivery option for the discount to apply.
Promotion codes apply to full priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Excludes advent calendar, gift packs, sale or discounted items, gift card purchases and online delivery fees.
