Customers can return their online Smiggle purchases to any retail store where Apple Pay or Google Pay has been used as tender simply by providing a copy of the Order Confirmation email to the store team. Please note, our store teams are unable action any refunds without the order confirmation email.
Your order confirmation email is generated once an order has been placed online and will include the payment method tendered including the last four digits of the credit/debit card stored in your Apple/Google wallet similar to the example below;
The last four digits of the stored credit/debit card on your device’s wallet must match with the payment method listed on your order confirmation email. The card number can be located in your device's wallet as per the example below;
Once the last four digits of the credit/debit card stored in your Apple Pay or Google Pay Wallet have been approved by the store team, you will be prompted to tap the card reader, at which point the refund will be sent to the card used to make the purchase.
But what if I no longer have the Order Confirmation email?
In that case, you’ll need to contact our customer service team to request a copy of the order confirmation to be resent. Please note, that order confirmation emails may take up to 48 hours to reach your inbox once regenerated by our customer service team.
